When will my order be delivered?

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Do you deliver outside India?

As of now, we don’t. Stay tuned to our newsletter as we may soon start International delivery.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We offer discounts and offers from time-to-time. All current discounts and offers can be viewed at our website.

How to cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch using the “cancel order” button present in the orders section. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled

What about refunds on cancelled orders?

Orders cancelled before dispatch will get a full refund through the same payment mode as used while ordering.

Do you serve fresh products everyday?

Yes. We here at PRags Salty provide freshly made products everyday. 

Is there any extra charge for packing and postage?

Yes, shipping charges are applicable based on the total weight of products for order value Upto ₹1499. Shipping is free above the order amount of ₹1499 excluding taxes.

What is the shelf life period of snacks and sweets bought from your store?

It is advised to consume the sweets within a few days of delivery. All other snacks and namkeen products have a shelf life of 3 months from packaging.

What are the various payment options available online?

Payment can be done through credit/debit card, UPI, GPay, etc. through our payment gateway partner. COD option is also available(COD charges applicable).
