We at PRags Salty always strive for the best quality product reaching the customers.

Customers are required to ensure correctness of delivery address (including the pin code).

As a policy we do not accept returned items, however in the unfortunate and rare event of receiving damaged /defective product, kindly raise the issue by emailing us on contact@pragssalty.com within 24 hours of having received the product. We will surely try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of order – Once the order is placed, the same can only be cancelled before dispatch of the order items. You cannot cancel the order after it is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel the order. In case of cancellations by us, a notification will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number and/or email ID and refund for the same will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will not be liable for any kind of interest/compensation in such cases. We will refund the amount through the same mode by which the customer would make the payment, through our Payment Gateway partner.

For international transactions, if a refund is to be processed, the refund will be initiated for the Rupee amount received at our end. Any currency conversion charges/ fluctuation difference arising out will be solely the customer’s responsibility.
